Under the "Seperation of Powers Doctrine" no court routinely "reviews" actions taken by the President unless the {residents action(s) are challenged for legal cause. Then, the case proceeds through the Federal Court System until it is either decided, or it eventually reaches the US Supreme Court for ultimate ajudication.
