Arabia isn't just one country! Each Arabic country has its own traditional food. Jordan's traditional dish is mansaf: rice, jameed (yellowish yoghurt) and pieces of lamb meat. Lebanon traditionally enjoys mezzah which is a collection of appetizer dishes such as hummos, baba ghanouj (mainly made of eggplants), tabbouleh(salad with parsley as the green leafy vegetable) as well as a main dish of kabab (grilled meat and chicken on skewers). Basically, each country has its own food, but the majority of the food is served with rice and is spiced. However, if your question is more of "What can we eat in Arabic countries?", then the answer is that you can find anything everywhere! Chinese, Hindu, Japanese, American, English, etc cuisines are vastly available in the Arab world (at least they are available here, in Jordan)! Ahla W Sahla (Welcome in Arabic) =D
These days, their diet is not unlike our own, however, as they are a largely Muslim nation, those who observe the religion would not eat pork or shellfish. Still, Asia Minor (aka the Middle East), has it's own unique foods that are popular within that region (and more and more in America, as well). Well known examples of these are falafel, lamb's milk cheese, labna (a yogurt cheese), hummus, pita bread, baba ghanoush and couscous.
Bedouins eat a wide variety of foods. They make much use of dates which can be found in the desert and of milks and cheeses which they can acquire from their livestock. They also eat meats like lamb and chicken on more festive occasions. Most dishes are served over rice with herbs and spices added for flavor.
Bedouins not only eat the animals they herd, which are camels, sheep and goats, they also eat cheese, yogurt and milk from the animals. They also eat flat bread, dates, olives, chick peas, rice, couscous and wild desert game, berries and herbs that they make into compotes and jams.
There are many different Middle eastern foods, Arabic rice, lamb meatballs, polow( Persian rice with pistachios and dill), Sfiha (Lahm Bi`ajeen) which are meat pies.
Arab-Americans eat anything they fancy. The US has access to a large variety of cuisines and Arab-Americans (depending on their level of religiousity) can eat some or all of those cuisines.
