Sorry but Hirohito met no one but his advisors and his family members and servants. He was god and did not even speak in meetings with advisors, all that was required was his presence. It was an enormous shock (and violation of traditional protocol) to his advisors after the atomic bombings that he did speak, recommending surrender as the only thing he could do to save the lives of his people as their god.
