Nothing. The Nazis were not interested in Judaism, that is, the Jewish religion. Their hatred was racial and based on the assumption that the Jews were Communists and that they had deliberately made Germany lose World War 1.
Obviously, centuries of 'religious' anti-Judaism had created stereotypes that ensured that the Nazis' political conspiracy theories about the Jews resonated.
