If you as a government tax me enough, I'll revolt. Over-taxation without having a voice in it (without Representation) is one thing that led to the American Revolution. If a government acts unfairly and won't correct its behavior, citizens protest. When protest fails, the conflicts escalate.
Uh....no. Not to be rude but british monarchy sort of gives it away, and the protest called "No taxation without representation", stating that they dont have any representation in Parliament but they still got taxed.
