- Nagasaki was about 65% to 70% destroyed by one MK-III bomb.
- Each of the cities firebombed was over 90% destroyed by conventional incendiaries dropped by 500 to 1000 bombers.
Average deaths at Hiroshima & Nagasaki was around 100,000 each. Average deaths at each of the cities firebombed with conventional incendiaries was over 125,000 each.
