What did the end of World War 1 lead to?

Facilitated the Russian revolution (and thus rise of communism), German reactionism and Hitlers rise to power (following unreasonable repatriations and the allies, UK, France, etc., unreasonable repayments and demand that Germany accept responsibility for the war that they didn't start), the collapse of the Austrio-Hungarian empire (and stagnation in the latter seperated countries), collapse of the Turkish Empire (but liberalisation and modernisation of Turkey), British and French control of the Middle East (oil).

Also Germany liberated Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland from the former Russian empire as well as several other countries that declared independence, but were soon re-occupied. It could be argued Russia was on the way to becoming Europe's next USA (high population, abundant resources, etc.) but much liberalisation and modernisation was needed, but the Communist take over destroyed much economic growth from the 1920s onward, excepting GDP spent on military, as well as the numerous purges and famines caused by the regime (by their focus on their military at the cost of the people).

Also caused limits on militaries that basically became meaningless by WW2, since no one listens to you if you're at war with them (again). Also, once again, American Isolationism prevailed following the war.
