Girls like guys that won't judge a girl by her looks. We also love a guy that will spend time with us and doesn't have a problem introducing us to his mates.
Something we find incredibly flattering is when a guy tells his friends all these nice things about us, like 'she's so pretty' or 'I'm so lucky to have someone like her' or if its just a crush then something like 'I wish I had someone as pretty as her'. One thing we HATE is when you talk about us sexually because sometimes we are descucted by it. A girl is a person NOT an accessorie!! :)

This makes older boys generally more attractive to them. As they grow it will level out to looking for the same age and finally to looking for men younger than themselves.
