Although Confucius writes about Heaven this should not be confused with Christian ideas of an afterlife or place where God lives. He uses the term to mean something like 'the Universe' or 'the balance of Nature'.
Confucius was very practical, and said that there was no point in speculating about things that nobody can know anything about - the prime example of this being what happens after death. So, Confucianists who follow the teachings of Confucius have no doctrine on the matter other than 'who knows?'
In practice, Confucius and Confucianism has also become blended into the many varieties and cross-overs of Buddhism and Taoism that have sprung up around Asia, where there are many different beliefs, none of which I feel confident in stating.
They don't exactly believe in heaven but believe in universe and the balance of nature
Nothing. Death is an end.
they is another life after death
They believe that they cannot know what happens after death.
They believe that they cannot know what happens after death.
Secularism is simply the belief that religion and the state should be separated. A religious secularist will believe that whatever that person's religion argues will happen after death. A non-religious secularist will usually argue that nothing has been proven about what happens after death and all signs point to nothing occurring, so they do not believe anything about what happens after death.
