I'm not a guy, but if he loves you it shouldn't matter one bit. We could be dating a great person and somewhere along the line they could end up with a disease or injuries (yes, even scars) and that shouldn't stop us from still loving them. The right guy won't mind them at all and consider them evidence of an interesting story. some of the most incredible people i have ever known including the woman i have been married to for 18 years have scars, it wasnt even a consideration for me.
