In traditional Hinduism what is deemed right and wrong is shown though how one acts within their cast system. If you cat like you are suppose to act while in you cast you have effectively done what is morally good. This is the old teaching and while it is still followed today in countries such as India it is far less prevalent than it previously was.
Buddhism does not see the world through the binary lenses of right and wrong. The Eightfold Path is a list of suggestions the allow a person to lead their life more skillfully with less negative attributes to their actions.
To determine if an action was right or wrong would require an instantaneous understanding of all past actions leading to it and the entirety of the derivative impacts of the action,
It would state in their holy book what's wrong and right, they follow what their Gods tell them
They think that we should save the world.
no because they think that killing an animal is wrong.
