What do i do i just found out i was pregnant im bleeding and cramping but they don't know what is going on could be miscarriage they arent sure sent me home on bed rest?

I'm guessing you are early in the pregnancy and if you would miscarry now there's nothing to do. In the first trimester it's usually because the fetus isn't healthy enough to make it so Mother Nature takes care of it. Just rest like they told you and follow their orders. That's the only thing you can do right now. See to that you have someone with you or someone that can pop over when you need them.
