Make sure you have a good firewall turned on, and that your computer has all it's updates installed. You might also consider changing your user account password, as well as email and other passwords if you feel that security has already been compromised. Disconnecting from the internet and reconnecting will almost always give you a new address on dialup, but on broadband, it's hard to tell what behavior the ISP has set up for that.

∙ 12y agoi highly recommend you give it away on all sites so there computer can get hacked but if your a more civilized person and don't want revenge then you can give the ip address to the police and they'll be doing time and there computer will be confiscated, or will be arrested an go to jail after paying a massive amount of fine.
