The antibiotic will not harm you if it turns out it is not bacterial, but it won't do you any good either. In your case, it is probably very difficult to determine if it is viral or bacterial. If you haven't talked to your parents, you should. It kind of sounds like you might have an upper sinus infection. Upper sinus infections do not always make you have a runny nose and all like a lower sinus infection will, but they will still make you feel awful, give you headaches, and even make you quite dizzy. It can also be any number of other things. When you start passing out, it is time to go talk to a doc either way.
