It depends on your geographical location. South California you work every day almost. You have to do it legally. You have to pay for permits and license and insurances and Gas!. Profit margins are low. Lots of illegal competition. Pay IRS and state taxes. They say the IRS is going after tax evaders hard this year. Most Ice Cream men are illegal no ins. pay no taxes. Are collecting wel fare programs. When a kid gets run over the illegals leave the seen of the accident. But God blessed me for 30 years no major accidents. A lot of turning around to prevent kids from crossing the streets. If you only work 6 months out of the year. Its only enough money to pay the over head no profit.
