Your transmission pan isn't large enough to cool the Transmission Fluid like the oil pan, so there is a transmission cooler that looks like a miniture radiator that is typically located in front of the radiator.
The front of the transmission just below where the cooler hoses hook up.
The solenoids are located in the "brick" looking thing on the front of the transmission. It is directly below where the cooler hoses hook to.
Input speed sensor failure. This is the two wire sensor between and below where the transmission cooler hoses hook to the transmission case.
A couple of the most common are leaking cooler hoses and a failed solenoid pack. That is the square thing under where the hoses hook to the trans.
