Possibly "Organized Militia" Corps?

"O.M. Corps" is a common notation on grave markers of US Army veterans of World War I, but I cannot find a US Army manual or database defining it, except one 1925 US Army Manual defines O.M. as Organized Militia (an older name for the National Guard I believe).
