China has a communist state with a single political party, just like North Korea or Cuba. Mexico is a federal presidential republic akin to the United States, Switzerland and other western democracies.

China does not specifically list Mexico in its Census. As of 2010, there was a population of 111,966,349 minority groups in China. Also, in 2010, Mexico was not listed as a specific Immigration jurisdiction, however, there was a population of 181,589 people from "other countries", which would include Mexico.
