alright take off the basil, the chrome ring around the headlight it self. now there should be some screws holding the entire headlight assembly to ur fender, remove those screws. now your wires should be clipped into a plastic piece which is connected to the contacts on the back of your headlight, remove that plastic piece with the wires, now take your new headlight and re-connect the wires to the back, put the screws back in the headlight assembly where they came from and put the basil back on.
