He means exactly what he says and is either hinting you live together or you break-up. He's immature and obviously not ready to commit. Don't live with him under these conditions and tell him so. I know it's tough, but either he's going to miss you like crazy and can't wait to go down that aisle or he's going to keep going and it's best you know now because he has the makings of a guy who will cheat on you whether you live together or get married.
