1. Who put the filter on the engine? If it is a business, go to #2.
2. Contact the Corporate office with your complaint. If nothing, go to #3
3. Hire an attorney, the meaner the better.
Throughout all of this, you MUST document all you have done and been made to suffer through. This MAY lead to a new engine, and possible compensation later.
