THAT IS CALLED "BLOW BY" THE USUAL CAUSE WHEN I SEE THOSE CASES ARE WORN PISTON RINGS. BUT TO BE SURE YOU NEED TO HAVE A COMPRESSION TEST DONE IS YOUR CAR SMOKING?(BLUE)
yes it can water can leak into the intake valley and get into your oil resulting in milky oil
underneth the intake underneth the intake
intake manifold gasket if it is coolant in the oil
Yes!
Usually when you leak oil that's an indication that the intake manifold gaskets need to be replaced or your intake manifold is shot.
The Intake gasket is leaking, NOT THE HEAD GASKET. Replace the intake gasket
Need to know what you are working on. But most engines have camshaft oil gallerys and oil lifter gallerys under the intake manifold. If it is a overhead cam engine it has nothing under the intake, it is all open and empty, nothing there.
if there is oil in the coolant system it could be a crack in the intake, a ruined intake gasket, a cracked cylinder head
it is possible that the lower intake gasket is failed. That allows oil to be pulled directly into the intake manifold and burned.
Take the air cleaner off and look down in the throttle body. If you see a lot of oil in the intake, the intake will need removed and the pan on the bottom of the intake will need resealed.
usually a gastet problem Check the breather tube, you might be getting "blow-by" into the intake.
IT IS LOCATED IN THE REAR OF THE INTAKE... YOU HAVE TO REMOVE THE INTAKE TO CHANGE IT....
