It's best to leave the US as soon as possible to minimize the Immigration consequences. Staying in the US for more than 180 days illegally will activate a 3 years bar from the US on attempted reentry while staying for more than a year illegally will lead to a 10 year bar. Since it's just a few days, it's unlikely you will automatically be denied reentry but expect reentry to be difficult. You'll have to explain why you exceeded your approved stay and will need to show documents to justify your extended stay. However, if you intend to marry an American soon, you do not have to leave the US as your overstay will attract no penalty. Best of luck. S
