If you like someone but you two don't really know each other and you never talk then that will always stay the same. You have to go and talk to them and build their liking to you for long enough until you feel she/he may say yes if you ask them out. Ask them out and then see where it takes you. Just don't try to appear desperate but try to make them like you. Try introducing your self. If that goes well then talk to the person again the next time you see them . Things have a way of progressing on their own. Trust the chemistry.

∙ 15y agoIf you don't know him/her then try to make eye contact with him/her. Smile at him/her for a couple of times, if he/her smiles at you back than he/her is trying to be friendly with you. Always be his/her friend first before you want to be together, trust me the relationship will feel weird and it will you guys will never hang out together.
If you guys are friends with each other, he/she can start teasing with you and come closer to by touching you on the arm. The most sensitive spot on the guys body is the hands, so if he touches you on the arm or hand than he will start liking you more. Also his/her friends might tease on him for liking you. But the key word to a relationship is: If you hang out together more you guys can get closer and closer to each other. =]
