You should tell. If your friend carrys on like this, you won't want to spend time with her. Try to do it discretley, tell a teacher, explain how you feel, and get it sorted. Nobody likes being bullied, and a bully is never truly happy when they hurt.
If your best friend bullies you, they aren't your best friend. However, if you consider that he/she is still your best friend, I suggest talking to him/her about it and a nice long conversation face to face could ease and solve this. If this doesn't work talk to someone, like your parents or teachers.
There are no tips to prevent cyber-bullying, your best friend could turn around one day and start cyber-bullying you because they are jealous of what you have and what they don't.
You don't. Not possible. Threatening behavior or speech are the hallmarks of bullying. Then again, the "I'll tell" threat might fit the bill.
The best advice to give them is to talk to an adult they trust. If they feel scared to do so, the best thing for them is to do so in their place. Talk to a parent or teacher and this adult will help your friend to resolve their situation. If you need, tell this adult not to tell your friend that you were the one who took action. This adult will confront the bully and help your friend stop him or her. The bully may be suspended or expelled depending on the severity of the bullying.
If he/she is your friend maybe. NO MORE BULLYING
Not always. If it's a real bully they do it on purpose but if they're your best friend then they're probably just messing around.
This is my opinion, I believe that they will. (if it was a friend then it's always for the best if you believe they are in heaven, makes you feel better) Now don't you go doing anything stupid like killing yourself
a rubbish friend
Yes. A friend and I get bullied at a public school in Naples
With best friends like that you do not need more enemies which simply means best friends do not try to come between other friends and brag about the dirty deed they are pulling off on you. It is time for you to face your friend; stand on your own two feet; know you do not have to put up with her bragging and bullying ways and end the friendship right now.

You can say to your parents "Mom, dad.. This person keeps on bullying me, can you please do something about it' And you can tell that one guy you don't want to be friends with 'I'm sorry but I dont want to be your friend anymore, you've bullied me and I didn't like it at all.' I hope I helped.. I got bullied too and this is actually the way I handled it
