- You must be sure your brother raped the young woman in question. If she consented to sex then it is not rape. If she fought him off and he took liberty of her then it is rape. Get the facts straight first because if your brother did rape the young woman then you need to report it to the police and he will have criminal charges laid against him in a court of law. If your brother is guilty then you really have to be strong to report it or he may well do it to another woman. Rape is the most traumatic act a man can do to a woman and it is a form of control; belittling her and not always about sex.
