Tell her that you think that shes really nice and that you want to get to know her. Then ask her for her phone number. If you already have it and it's the same situation then just say the same thing.....that you think that she really nice and pretty. Tip- make sure that you look in her eyes and dont studder. Trust me....it works

Good friends don't lie to their friends or stand them up. You are in control of the situation and you shouldn't allow your friend to get away with it and remind your friend it's hurtful to you and immature. When someone makes a date with you to go somewhere they should keep that date and if they can't then they should phone and cancel it, but make plans for another day. If you allow your friend to get away with this then they will take advantage of you and it will be your fault for being the enabler of such bad manners.
