You didn't say whether the coworkers were women. It shouldn't matter as long as you are being true to your girlfriend. Many people get along well in a workplace with the opposite sex and it doesn't mean you are going to have an affair. If you have been true to your girlfriend and given her no reason to doubt your ethics in this matter, then she has a problem with insecurity. She's obviously jealous and worried you may cheat on her. Try asking her to meet you for lunch and then when she comes to where you work, introduce her to your coworkers. She may begin to see another side to this.
