If you really like this other guy friend, ask him if he likes you then if not then ask him if you guys are still friends . Then go to the guy friend who likes you back and give him a chance either way don't lose either one of them and make sure you are happy, that is what matter's.If you don't like the guy back go to him face to face and tell him softly.If he gets mad.....Well try to make him understand if you don't like my advice okay, I understand.(= GOOD LUCK.
