Sip a margarita at the historic Rosarito Beach Hotel Beach Comber, the favorite place of Anthony Quinn and many Hollywood stars while enjoying the sunset, walk thru the pier and take a picture of the city from the sea... Book a trip to the Coronado Islands and discover the remaining of the casino, drive 50 minutes south and take a trip to the Wine Country, where nearly 50 wineries produce 90% of the world awarded Mexican Wines! On your way back to downtown have dinner at the French Bistro Le Custoe while chatting in French with the owner, the awarded chef Philip Chauvin, or at That's Amore, where the Sicilian chef Carlo DiGristina will delight you with fresh made pastas and more... In a mood for steaks, visit El Nido or Tapanco, youwill be amazed with the quality of the food there... take a walk to the the Arts and Crafts market and PLEASE don't forget to browse in many of the Fine-Art Galleries where Mel Gibson and many other famous people have purchased beautiful pieces made from the local artists!
