Get to know her, if she seems to relate to you date her but its up to you to decide
never date your friends x's or current bf's. get over him, if you don't your not a loyal friend.
you should just talk to the girl and forget about your friends and see what happens, if he's a real friend he would understand and not let a girl come between you guys.
How do boys view you? Have you ever talked to boys? Talk with your friends and a friend who is a boy to give their opinions to the questions.

You can't because if a girl likes you as friend it will never work out..
Good for you for disregarding your immature friends for saying the young man you like is ugly. 'Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.' Unless your friend has told you that she likes him then disregard the comments your friends made about him liking your friend and she likes him. If is true then it is obvious he likes your friend. Two good friends should never let a man come between that friendship and you should let the two of them be together if that is what they want.
Just be yourself. (:
Well I think that if you know one of her friends or someone that she knows well hang out with them hang out with her (don't be anyone but yourself) then get Ur Friend to ask her out for you if she says no then dont hang out with her and move on if she says yes then do what you gotta do
That depends on how much he looked at your friend. If he attempted to make eye contact with you and then immediately looked away occasionally, he likes you but is shy. If he never looked at you, then he's either incredibly shy or he's bolder and likes your friend.
Not neccesarly, but maybe he is being nice and a friend to you, your friends may think that he likes you but you can never be sure.
If your friends with one of his close friends ask his friend but if not, you never know unless you ask. So why not ask but just don't embarrass your self. lol.
try to get closer to him. be his best friend. butter him up. then, casually and subtlety ask the question.
