Begin by checking the clutch linkage going to the transmission. See if there is anything broken that keeps the linkage from disengaging the clutch. Just have someone press in the clutch pedal while you look in the engine bay for moving parts. Make sure that all parts leading to the tranmission seem to be in good working order. I have a 1990 240sx that was doing the same thing when I bought it. It turned out that the clutch disc was sooooooo badly worn that it would no longer release. If the clutch is not releasing there are a few things it could be: Bad slave cylinder, bad master cylinder, broken release bearing fork or worn clutch disc. If you look under the car just behind the passenger side front tire and have someone push in the clutch pedal you should be able to see the slave cylinder push on the end of the release bearing fork. If it doesn't move then you have a nice cheap $40.00 half hour job ahead of you. Consider yourself lucky. If it moves and pushes on the release bearing fork the problem is internal and you'll have to pull the transmission. With two people and an okay assortment of hand tools this took us about four hours to pull the transmission, replace the clutch, pressure plate, release bearing and pilot bushing, then put the transmission back in. While you're in there inspect the release bearing fork and the flywheel, because the less you have to remove your transmission, the better life will be. As a side note, the old release bearing will have to be pressed off the throw out assembly, and the new one pressed on. A machine shop can do this for a nominal fee. Although this step will add some extra time to the process it is HIGHLY recommended to replace the release bearing with the new one that comes with the clutch kit. No matter how nice your old bearing may seem, if you put the car back together with the old bearing you'll be removing the transmission again in the near future. Good luck everyone, and if there's anything I left out, I apologize.
no different door the 93 will fit small on the 95
Check and or replace your starter solenoid.
the slave cylinder is bad
Sounds like the clutch disc is destroyed.
Yes, late model bumpers will fit on 89-90 240sx

The linkage or cable is broke
Sounds like the throw-out bearing has come apart. the bearing shell or clutch fork will contact the pressure plate fingers, so the pedal will still have pressure. That or the fork is not situated on the ball stud or mount, and is now in a bind. Pretty much have to remove the trans for any work of that nature. hope this helps.
Craigslist, search for "ka24de"
the clutch fan is easy to remove and replace. you will see it on the upper most pully(water pump). just four 10mm nuts to take off. however the pully likes to spin so i use a screwdriver to hold it still or you could tighten the belt so it wont spin, just remember to loosen the belt back to where it is supposed to be once you are done.
Yes but the 95 bell housing will need to be reused to the crank angle sensor can be retained
if it's like the s14..it doesn't have a relay..
