Your health is more important than whether you 'feel' like exercising. You don't have to break a sweat to lose weight or be healthy. Just stretching and breathing will benefit you, or yoga.
He is sleeping night after night, why would he be tired?
its getting old or it needs more water or food to have energy.
No, just like humans, we can tell when we are too tired to exercise any longer. So a hamster would stop when tired. They can't over exercise.
No, jump rope makes you sweat, tired, and exhausted like an other exercise right? So no, it will accualy improve you're strength and muscles. Hope I've helped.
Exercise.
because it takes work for her and makes her sweat there for she gets tired.
It depends on who you are asking. If you are asking a teenage girl that likes to rock and roll all night it would be a no. If you ask that big muscle man on the street corner he would say yes. The reason for these answers is because when you exercise, you use energy. During the day you can have a sandwich and watch some tv to get that energy back. But at night, when your body is already tired, you are using any energy that's left. This makes the body more tired. Plus, since it's night, your body is in the routin of going to sleep at that time. So add it all up, already tired, night-time routin, and getting rid of any other energy. If you're looking for a good night's sleep, I'd say yes to exercise. It may also help you to feel more refreshed in the morning, due to a possible lack of sleep before. If you want to have a midnight party, I'd say no, so you can save much needed energy for the night ahead. I hope this answers your question. Sorry if it doesn't. :)
Make yourself tired by doing exercise, running in place and watch t.v. to make your eyes tired. There is alot you can do!
Strenuous exercise makes me tired.
ENDORPHIN
Pretty tired, but if you exercise then you will get a boost of energy. Depending on the person adreniline will kick in after a few days, but exercise is definitely the way to go.
Exercise works your muscles and expends your energy, thus enabling the body to get a good night's sleep. One word of caution though---do not exercise near bedtime if you want to get a good night's wink---if you do you run the risk of getting your system all worked up that you won't be able to feel "tired" enough to sleep at the right time.
