I'm 19 too and my mother kicked me out when I was 16 - at first I hated her for this - but it was the best thing to do (in my opinion) - time apart repaired our relationship(with every family member)
I was Street-homeless for almost a year - I learned to cope.
It did put me at the lowest point in my life - but once you hit rock bottom - You cannot go any further - the only way to go is UP =]

You can order an 18 or 19 year old but not 17, no. A 17 year old is still in high school and still needs parenting. Never kick a child out too early.
