Well I am a female and she definitly is waiting for some sign from you. Man don't be afraid to reach out to her. You will never be happy if you don't take a chance-in anything, jobs,love, and everything else. Life is a risk! You have to make a move. If you don't you will regret it everyday. You can't go on your life with full of what if's. So take the risk of rejection and even if you get rejected, it will add to your experience. Either way you will grow from the experience.She will be flattered to know someone likes her anyway.
