Personally, i have the same problem with WWE '13. When i start to play WWE 13 with my Xbox Live Account, there's text above! ATTENTION! DATA COULD NOT BE LOADED CORRECTLY. But i've the answer in my case. When there were autosaving moment with WWE 13, i turned off the console while it was saving. And now, i can only do two things to play with same account. 1. I have to buy a new Xbox 360 console, or 2. Put a Xbox 360 hard drive on the usb-portal, because i have the Xbox 360 Slim 4 GB console and the console doesn't have the hard disc itself. When i install the game, i can choose a new storage device, and then i can play with no problems :) Hopefully this gave for all of you trust and support.
