What do you mean by svine flu?

If you saw it written that way or heard it pronounced that way, they were probably just referring to the swine flu and either misspelled it or mispronounced it. It could also be that the way you heard it pronounced was by someone with an accent from a country with a language other than English, since the letter W is pronounced like a V in many languages (like German, Polish, and other Eastern European languages).

On the lighter side:

The svine Flu is a flu simmiler to H1N1, however scandihoovians are the only race of people that are affected by it. The virus is so severe that it has caused Vasa Society and Sons of Norway meetings to be postponed. The sickness is transmitted through Sven and Ole jokes and bad lefse. This is no laughin' matter dont' cha know!
