If you're running the browser in the same machine as the server, just enter 127.0.0.1 (or localhost will do the same thing). If not, then you'll have to find the IP address of the machine for your server, then enter that instead. If you have set up port forwarding for your server (and if your Python-based HTTP server is configured to allow you to serve it over the internet), you can also have a domain (or a dynamic DNS host) to redirect all traffic from it to your web server.
