in a pasturizing farm!

Pasteurisation is the process of heating liquids for the purpose of destroying bacteria, protozoa, moulds and yeasts. The process was named after its creator, French chemist and microbiologist Louis Pasteur. The first pasteurisation test was completed by Pasteur and Claude Bernard on 20 April 1862.

Unlike sterilisation, pasteurisation is not intended to kill all micro-organisms in the food or liquid. Instead, pasteurisation aims to achieve a "logarithmic reduction" in the number of viable organisms, reducing their number so they are unlikely to cause disease (assuming the pasteurised product is refrigerated and consumed before its expiration date). Commercial-scale sterilisation of food is not common because it adversely affects the taste and quality of the product.

Heat. Pure and simple. There is however a difference in the temperature, because regular pasteurization of milk does not allow the milk to be properly used in the production of some cheeses so there is a partially pasteurized process using a lower temperature.

What is the difference between pasteurized eggs and not?

When anything is pasturized (eggs, milk, etc.) that means it's been heated to destroy bacteria. If it's not pasturized the chance that it has harmful bacteria is higher, but it doesn't mean it's guaranteed to harm you. If you plan to use the eggs in a dish were you won't cook them, it's advisable to use the pasteurized eggs. If you know your eggs are fresh and from a reputable supplier you might not need to worry about it.

How do you use Marschall M-50 to make cheese?

Dissolve tablet in 1 cup non chlorinated water at room temperature: not more than 30 minutes before adding it to innoculated milk. 1 tablet will easily set 2 gallons of milk. If using pasturized cold stored milk from the store add 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. calcium chloride to milk before the addition of rennet. This will allow a firmer curd.

What is whole milk also called?

Milk sold as whole milk has been processed to reduce the fat to 3-1/4 percent. The milk is then homogenized by forcing it through small nozzles that reduce the fat globules to such a small size that they remain evenly spread throughout the milk. The homogenized whole milk is then pasturized by heating it to a high enough temperature to destroy any harmful bacteria, and then cooled and packaged for sale.

How do you kill coliform in raw milk?

Pasturize it. However once you do this it won't be raw milk any more now will it? It'll be pasturized milk. There's not too much risk of having coloform in raw milk in a hobby farm however if you're milking a cow or goat on your own you just need to wipe the animals teats down with a light disinfectant and "strip" the first squirts out onto the ground.
