What does 3grams of fat really mean. Im eating a Nature's Valley Oats and Honey Garnola Bar and it says 3grams of Total Fat but no Trans Fat and no Saturated Fat. So what does it mean.?

This means that the fat contained in these bars is not really bad for you. Trans fat and saturated fat have been proven to increase the risk of heart attacks and cause other heart related problems. Three grams of fat means that out of the total weight of the bar three grams of it are fat. There are fats in everything, and approximately 30 percent of your diet should be made up of fats.
