No it's sort of the other way around. Ventus's heart sought refuge and was sleeping inside Sora's heart when Roxas was created, giving Roxas Ventus's appearance. They may look like eachother, but they are their own separate people.

∙ 13y agoOnly theories are spreading through the internet, because no one truly knows until Kingdom Hearts 3 and Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep are fully released.
Anyway, there is a theory that Ventus is Sora's brother who left to fight in the keyblade wars, but sora was too young to remember him & apparently he erased other peoples memories so they wouldn't remember & miss him.
Another theory is that Ventus and Terra once visted/ended up on the destiny island, and that Terra saw himself in Riku & Ventus saw himself in Sora; & Ventus' heart was injured, I think it was something to do with the keyblade wars, (need to play birth by sleep to be sure) so Ventus asked Sora if he could keep his heart safe within Sora's & Sora said yes. This is supposed to be the reason why roxas (Sora's nobody) looks like Ventus, because Sora & Ventus' hearts are connected.
Another piece of theory is that, while Ventus' heart rested in Sora's, Aqua tried to heal Ventus & so put him in one of those pod things that namine puts sora in to fix his memory. So apparently aqua created those pod things and the castle oblivion that is in kingdom hearts chain of memories. This theory also relates to a current theory/rumor that in kingdom hearts 3, Sora will have to save the world, etc. & everyone who is connected to him, so apparently he will have to go and find Ventus & save him too & discover their connection or something like that.
All of the above information is inaccurate, but Nomura said that there will be a Kingdom Hearts 3, not to end the whole story but just to conclude the Xehanort Saga.

no he does not. his bodies fades yes but his heart is embodied by sora as child because sora wanted to help so sora as a child willingly let ventus share his body. so ventus wont feel alone

Is roxas ven's or Sora's nobody?
Roxas is Sora's nobody. If you take out the x in Roxas and unscramble it, you will get Sora. Ventus' heart was absorbed by Sora soon after his battle with Vanitas inside their fused heart. It is because of this that Roxas looks like Ventus.
How is roxas a part of Kingdom Hearts?
He is Sora's Nobody, and also Ventus' nobody... it's quite a mess, really, he (Roxas) is borrowing power from Sora, and Ventus, who is Sora 10 years before KH 1.

This part, written by ________ wrote as a spoiler, The reason that Roxas looks so much like Ventus is because when Ventus destroyed Vanitas, his heart was no longer complete. Ventus was put inside of Sora's heart in the meantime. When Sora vanquished his heart, many years later, Roxas was created as a Nobody, but as an exact replica of Ventus. This much is true.

Roxas and Ven are the same people, at the end of birth by sleep Ven asked Sora if he could keep his heart in Sora. So throughout all the other kingdom hearts games that Sora was in Ven was inside of him (just like Kairi in the first game). when he became a heartless, and a nobody ven's heart became Roxas.
In khbbs why does ventus look like roxas?
rumors say it is because Ventus is sora's father that's why Roxas looks like Ven Well, the timelines don't exactly fit for that theory. Ventus' heart merged with Sora's when Ven was about 10-12 years old. I doubt Ven could've fathered Sora.
