The "bad" fuse is usually a burnt fuse and you can see that the filament has burnt/broken and does not pass power from one side to the other. In a fuseable link, the link wire is thinner than the wire that connects to it and will show burn marks.

You can find a diagram of the 1997 Nissan Ultima fuse grid on the inside cover of the fuse box. You can also find the fuse grid diagram at most Nissan dealerships.
look on the driver side door when open by the door hinges it will look like a air vent
attached to or adjacent to the fuse block assembly.
If you fold down the back seats and look through the opening with a flashlight you can see a T-handle attached to the back of the trunk to the right of the center. That has to be pulled in order to open a stuck trunk. There is no key hole on a 2005 Altima.
Look for an auxiliary fuse or it may be controlled by the radio fuse.
The little filament inside will be burnt in half and some black smudging from the burn is possible.
look for a blown fuse.

The answer is integrated into the rear window. If you look closely you'll notice some "tracings" that look a bit like the defroster tracings in the windows. For the 2006 Altima it should be in the "top" portion of the rear window.
