Yes its absolutely normal to feel period like systems in the first trimester. Don't panic, relax...its your uterus stretching.

This isn't normal but it is reasonably common. Many women experience bleeding in the early part of pregnancy. Often it will settle and the pregnancy proceeds as normal. If it has not been determined that your miscarriage has already begun then it could be anywhere from 4-6weeks before the miscarriage begins. Usually once you start to bleed and pass tissue its only around 2 weeks from that point before a first trimester miscarriage is complete. From what you have described it sounds like you've already begun the actual miscarriage process. So take heart, it will be over soon. I'm sorry for your loss.

Fall out like just like that? The cervix is closed with a mucus plug so the water wont come out. A fetus wont just fall out. A miscarriage can occur any time during the pregnancy but it's rare after the first trimester. if you are worried contact your doctor.
