RE: Tiny Tents -------Reason
Dear Customer Service Representative: -------- Salutation
I am writing to advise you of the problems I've experienced with the above model recently purchased for my three-year old. These problems have resulted in the tent remaining unassembled and unusable as a toy for my daughter.
After viewing the components that came with the product, I discovered that four of the parts were missing, as well as the instructions that came with the tent are incomplete. According to the diagram, the missing parts are:
If reasonable arrangements are not made within ten business days, I will return the tent to the store I purchased it from and expect a full refund. To assist you in processing my request, I am including a copy of my sales receipt. I have purchased other toys manufactured by your company in the past, and have always been impressed with the quality and selection Tiny Tots has made available to its customers.
Please send the missing parts, and a copy of the full set of assembly directions to the address at the top of this page. If you have any questions or need further information, you may reach me at 555-555-5555 or (email address here). Thank you for your prompt attention in resolving this problem.
Sincerely,-------- Closing

No, absolutely not. A business letter should not use jargon or acronyms unless it is industry specific and the letter is addressed to someone in a like business. A business letter (or email) reflects the professionalism of the sender. Would I like to do business with someone who can't spell our three simple words? It would sure give me pause, especially if the letter began with such a shortcut.
In a personal letter you can talk to the person like a friend, and in a business letter you need to be very polite to the person. Business letters also have a definite cause and are direct about why the letter was sent.
It could look like a pyramid or a triangle
A business card should look decent and professional as it conveys all basic information about an business person and his or her company. So it should look simple but attractive.
