You can't, unless u want him to be kicked out of the country. he can return to the country, and you get married there. Then you file a whole bunch of forms for him to get here, as if he didn't do the illegal immigration in the first place. It will take a long time.
yes because you are housing an illegal immigrant
An illegal immigrant is someone who, without permission, enters a country to live and work.
Well if he is illegal you cant marry him because you have to sign papers but I dont know about that in Las Vegas! you can try if you feel that you truly love him SoInLoVe States establish marriage laws, the federal government establishes and enforces immigration laws. That being the case, in most US states it is still possible for an illegal immigrant who can present the required documentation to marry a US citizen. Contact the local branch of the state office that issues marriage licenses in the state in which you live for specific information.
You can marry anywhere your hearts desire! After you get married the Illegal Resident needs to apply for Permanent residency. You can have the application sent to you just by calling them up (they have computer automated service also).
The first thing you should do is ensure that she never becomes an illegal immigrant. If the two of you are ready to marry, she should come to the US legally, with a passport and visa, and marry you here, or you should travel to Mexico legally, with a passport and visa, and marry her there. Either will technically work, but if you are planning to live in the US after you are married, then it would be best and easiest in the long term for the marriage to have taken place legally in the United States. In that case, you should seek a 'Nonimmigrant Visa for a Fiancee' for her (see link below) and then follow the proper procedures to have her become a citizen (see second link below).
Yes, bigomy is illegal in both the UK and the US
The first thing to realize is that they are an ILLEGAL immigrant. Which means they are in the country without permission and the necessary documents. Which also means they can be deported at any time. Can you get married? Few, if any, places ask any questions regarding citizenship or criminal history when applying for a marriage license. Which means you can get married. And then have the immigrant deported and be married to someone that you cannot live with.
The guy who said that if you're an illegal immigrant with a misdemeanor, you get deported is wrong. It depends on which state you live in. Democratic states are more likely to let an illegal immigrant go simply by paying the bail charges. In a republican state, the illegal immigrant may not be so lucky (I don't know the answer for a republican state).
You have to marry her in order for her to be able to keep a legal occupation in the United States.
Depends on how old the minor is and where you live. If she is old enough to be given parental consent you can.
It may depend on where you live. For example, if you live in a country where this is illegal, then no. On the other hand, if you live in a country such as the United States, where you can marry almost anybody, it would be possible.
