Expect as much as 48 mpg on a steady run but typically 42-43 is normal for open road driving. However do not be surprised if town driving only returns 34-35 mpg.

Easy. Fill the 7gal pail to the full mark (7 Gallons) with water. Then pour, from the 7 gallon pail, water into each of the 3 gallon pail up to the full mark. The remaining water left in the 7 gallon is 1 gallon. Pour this gallon into the aquarium. Fill the 7 gallon pail with water, again to the full mark, and then add to the aquarium. 1 Gallon + 7 Gallons = 8 Gallons.
if the engine is an izuzu then the crankshaft pully must be aligned to tdc mark the injection pump and camshaft must be locked by screwing a bolt through a hole in the pully and into the backplate a 10/11mm and a 13mm bolt will be required. the crank pully may have to be fitted to find the tdc mark. I have watched this being done. I would answer the question "With Difficulty, even if you know what you are doing!"
erm... the club 1.6 8v is a petrol non turbo right?! to need a dump valve you need a turbo, a dump valve is there to release the pressure that the turbo builds up. you can always look for a fake dump valve kit around £180 mark i think
