i think something is wrong...(c)means 100 (l) means 1 and(x)means 10 and (v)means 5 if we read (cc) read it 200 because (c) is equal to 100 and u have two (c) its like 100 + 100 =200
so now we have 200
now lets go to (l) = 1
so now we have 1
lets go to (x)=10 and u have two x (xx)=20
and (v)=5
.
.
.
.
.
if we add all its like...
200+1+20+5=226 but the equation is wrong...
when we read the (lX) we dont read it 11 because 11 is like this=(Xl)
so x is 10 and l is 1
(X) - (l) = 9
now lets continue...
200+9+10 because you have another (X)
200+9=10+5=224
im not sure of my answer but i think my equation is correct..
;)
