Only she truly can answer this question but a few reasons people avoid one another is they don't like them, don't have any interest in being friends with them, don't want to make new friends with them, heard or saw something they didnt like about the person, the list goes on and on. The only way to know for sure is to ask, " Is there something I need to know as to why you keep avoiding me." If you have made an effort to be nice to this person and havent done anything that would make them avoid you, then go about your business, they obviously, have maturity issues if they cant tell you to your face what the problem is. There are many other people out there to mingle with, find the ones that are worth your time.
