It could mean alot of things, this is normal though. Some cats just need attention and others just don't like to be held. Or, if it's pregnant at all she could just be hurting or something.
If you mean cat litter, you can get it at any convenience store, grocery store or pharmacy.
pick it up by its neck
pick it up and move it.
very carefully
The scruff of the neck cannot support the weight of an older kitten or adult cat; it will be painful for the cat and can cause injury to the cat's neck and spine. When picking up a cat, always support the back-end with one hand, and under the front legs with the other. This distributes the weight of the cat evenly and allows the cat to be comfortable. BTW-If your cat has a collar on, take it off before you pick it up by its scruff. You might tighten it by accident. If your cat has a small scruff, don't pick it up. If a cat is overweight or has arthritis, don't pick it up. Don't swing it back and forth, and put it down gently. Just saying, otherwise you'll hurt it.
a femal cat has special nervs and ovcourse is frajile so if you pick it up on its back it will be mad or simply by you taking its babys

yes
Pick it up and carry it out...
They are solitary predators, and so they have those instincts. Unlike dogs, they are not pack animals and so they don't have a natural tendency to seek out the company of others. Cats are hardly ever violent to people. If a cat attacks you when you try to pet it or pick it up, it may have been abused by people. If a cat comes at you and attacks you without warning it may be rabid or Siamese.
cause of the very reason that their folks pick em up that way
Be quiet and listen...
