ANSWER:because the the three branches limit powers so every thing in the constitution is balanced

The people hold the inherent political power and the Constitution of the United States of America is a government granted limited power to protect the rights of the individuals who are the people. All power flows from the people, and we do not serve the government, the government serves us. The authority granted elected officials and appointees is a temporary power that is not just limited in its terms of office, but is confined to the office only. A Supreme Court Judge can only act as a Supreme Court Judge and if he acts outside of that jurisdictional boundary he is acting as a private individual and enjoys no privilege of immunity granted his office. A Sheriff is the duly elected law enforcement officer, and when he acts within the full jurisdictional boundaries of his badge, he is the Sheriff. If he over steps his boundaries he is no longer the Sheriff but a private individual who will not receive the immunities afforded his office. A police officer is not duly elected nor is the Chief of Police. They are employees of the city and outside of upholding the law and protecting those who need it, the vast majority of jurisdiction they find is through the willful granting of jurisdiction by the people. This is why police officers are prone to disregard the rights of individuals more so than any Sheriff. They are comfortably buffered from constitutional restraints and rely on the ignorance of the people for the jurisdiction they desire. As the people further abdicate their sovereignty the limited powers of the Constitution will be countered with administrative agencies who exist to reign in the freedom of the people.

The F.B.I? Who elected them? The C.I.A., I missed that election. The F.T.A., The F.C.C., the S.E.C., D.M.V., the Department of Social Services, F.E.M.A., the Department of Child Welfare, all of these petty little tyrants have no Constitutional authority and rely on the people to willfully grant it through presumption, misdirection and intimidation. The power belongs to the people, and when the oppression becomes insufferable the people will take it back, the limited powers they granted.

What does it mean by Sweden being a constitutional monarchy?

It means that Sweden has a King (currently Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden), but this King has powers that are limited by a constitution. In the case of Sweden, the constitution limits the powers of the King quite substantially to the point where the King is, more or less, a figurehead and the legislative branches have almost all of the power.

Difference between express powers and explicit powers?

Do you mean expressed powers and implied powers? Expressed powers are explicit in the Constitution meaning that they are written down in the section outlining the powers of Congress, the President and the Judicial Branch. Implied powers are powers that are implied in the Constitution. For example, the Constitution makes no mention of regulating radio waves (since there was no radio when the Constitution was written) but since they have the power to regulate commerce between states, if you consider radio waves going over state lines, then they also have the power to regulate radio waves. Also, radio is a business so it is commerce. This helps our Constitution be flexible and still used today.

What main parts make a monarchy government?

Having a constitution does not always mean that a nation has a constitutional government. A nation has a constitutional government when the powers of the person or group running the government are limited. For example, our Constitution limits the powers of the courts. It says they cannot force a person to be a witness against himself or herself. These limits on the government's power are part of the constitution.
